About Us
The DRM Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to raising awareness, educating, and providing college students and young professionals with the resources required to manage current and future mental health challenges that arise from high-stress careers and work environments.
The DRM Foundation was created in honor and memory of Drew R. Miller, son, brother, and friend to many.
Drew was tragically lost to suicide on November 29th, 2021 while working as a Private Equity Associate in New York City.
While suicide is a leading cause of death among young adults, there are few systems or resources in place to help foster mental health and wellness for incoming and current young professionals.
The DRM Foundation works to tackle this issue by partnering with universities and institutions to organize events that educate future and current young professionals on how to better manage their mental wellbeing.

Through creating a clearer dialogue within high-stress industries and by emphasizing the importance of mental health in the workplace, DRM is working to create meaningful change.
